NJ Continuing Education Requirements
To renew your New Jersey real estate license, the state requires all active salespersons and brokers to complete:
12 credit hours of continuing education every two years
Including 6 hours of core topics (ethics, agency, fair housing, and legal updates)
Remaining hours can be in approved elective topics
All CE must be completed by the June 30th renewal deadline to avoid late fees or license lapses.
