Our school currently located at 303 Amboy Ave in Metuchen first opened in 1968 and has since serviced thousands of people to become licened NJ real estate salespersons. When our school began operating in 1968, we were known as “The New Jersey Realty Institute” and through many transformations have become New Jersey Business & Education Center but our goal and efforts to be the best at what we do has remained constant. Over the many years we’ve proudly assisted tens of thousands of people to accomplish their dreams of becoming a licensed NJ real estate salesperson. About Our Course
• State approved 75 hour pre-licensing course!
• Sign up for morning or evening classes and begin any Monday – No chapters are prerequisites to one another!
• Receive one full year tuition with unlimited access to the classes – Morning / Evening / Mix and match!
• All classes are live virtual classes through zoom taught by experienced real estate instructors!
• Physical textbook will be mailed to you unless other arrangements are made – a digital copy of the textbook is also available upon request!
• Unlimited attempts at our end of course practice test!
• After completing our course, you’ll receive another full year of eligibility for the state exam in which you’ll pass your state test, have your fingerprints taken, and submit your application with a broker!
